I LOVE this affordable machine. I have had it for a year now and am a beginner to using an ultrasound. The people I have dealt with have been absolutely wonderful getting me through my novice stages. A mare panicked in our stocks and sent everything in the close proximity flying, including the machine. They offered me an upgrade and trade if it was a needing more expensive repair, but as it turned out the machine was so durable minor adjustments was all it took, and no serious damage was encountered. They didn't charge me any fees to get it up and running properly again.
My only complaint is the usage instructions can be a bit confusing but the service people will be there for any reasons. Thank you Keebot for helping me in a crisis. My vets are liking the value and picture qualities.
